A: Sure, there’s a peace of mind that comes from using great people in the industry. Give us a call and we would be thrilled to set up a reference appointment for you.
Q: What if I don’t need event planning, but just need help with decor and design?
A: Then you’re at the right place! Event design is our passion and we offer full service floral disign as well as linen, lighting, and many other products and services that will have your guests saying, “wow!”
Q: I’m hosting a small gathering and would like a few floral arrangements. Do you cater to smaller events?
A: Of Course! Although we don’t function daily like your average local florist might (making small personal deliveries), we are thrilled to create anything that adds something special, no matter how small.
Q: I live in Kentucky, but I’m getting married out of state, can you help?
A: Yes we can – and as much as you need. From vendor referral, timeline preparation or even full service planning, the Lauren Chitwood Team travels to events often.
Q: I live out of state, but I am planning an event in Kentucky, how do you work with out of town clients?
A: There are many ways Lauren Chitwood Events can help a client planning from afar. First, we use our time very wisely and in the times that you are visiting, we are well organized and get ample decisions made. Secondly, we use technology to our advantage; we often use client management software such as Basecamp, as well as video conference via the web for meetings.
Q: Are you hiring?
A: Lauren Chitwood Events is always accepting resumes. Please submit your resume through email. We do not accept resumes through third party vendors. We also are an ecologically conscious company – we do not accept resumes through fax or snail-mail.
Q: Do you take interns?
A: Yes, we take on average two interns per semester. We only accept interns that are receiving college credit in return for their services. Please only apply via email with resume, cover letter, and letter of recommendation.
